Beginner Training for Adult Dogs for all dogs over 6 months of age
Beginner dog training for adult dogs is offered in the form of private lessons. To enhance success, beginner dogs are taught in a quiet environment. As they progress we increase the level of distraction. Once the basic behaviors are learned, most dogs enjoy continuing their training with a crate games class.

Crate Games
This class features Susan Garretts Crate Games to teach your dog self control and motivation. All dogs should be able to relax in a crate. Dogs may have to be crated when traveling, when staying at the vet, while recuperating from an injury or procedure, while waiting before or after grooming, when children are visiting, when attending dog shows, and many other times. We teach the dogs to love their crates and to zoom out of them directly to their handlers, ready for action. The foundation is laid for out-of-sight stays and drive is created for enthusiastic recalls. An on/off switch is created for your dog to rev up and to calm down quickly as circumstances require. Many clients say this is the most useful class they have ever taken with a dog. Crate Games class is for dogs that have successfully completed puppy/adolescent/beginner dog training.
